The location was good. I always stay outside of Pigeon Forge, so it was good. The room and bathroom was clean. An iron, ironing board, mini fridge, 32in tv and little microwave. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. When I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle they would call the next morning to see if I wanted room service. The staff was friendly even though I couldn't understand a couple of them. The pool was very nice. It was clean and on the edge all the way around the inside of the pool was 3 ft. I really liked that. Parking wasn't a problem and I went the week of the fourth so you know it was busy. I would stay again if the hotel I normally book didn't have any rooms again.

The location is amazing for anyone who doesn't want to be in the middle of town. There are several restaurants near the hotel and a few shopping locations. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The spa tub located in the king suite is amazing. My husband and I are larger people and we both fit in the tub at the same time. The shower pressure was amazing too. Breakfast was simple but good enough.

Very nice staff and quick to solve any problems that happened. Very friendly definitely went beyond our expectations. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. We just wish there were a few more options such as meat (bacon, sausage, ham) and maybe some muffins or biscuits with gravy or breakfast sandwiches. Our kiddos loved the pool!! Over all a great place to stay for the value!

Easy & Close parking. Room was average, but clean bed and everything inside and out was completely in order. Staff and other guests were polite and friendly. Motel felt near to our destination of Dollywood. The breakfast waffles were in a tight dining area, but were able to cook four waffles which were kid friendly, also easily obtained seating for party of five.

We have stayed here before and their breakfast was great but now its moved to a much smaller location And it’s only 3 cereals, waffles to make, coffee and juice. We only did their breakfast once n a seven night stay.
